These plates are designed to reinforce the bulk head where the steering post and the bulk head are connected to help keep the bulk head from breaking.

We have teamed up with the AK Modshop to improve the plates. They are made out of stainless and have a very nice fit and finish. The bolts are pressed in so you can take the extra 4 bolts out and put in the stock holes for easier installation. With that done you can just drill out rivets on old plate and just install new plate. Very nice install and a must if you do any jumping. 



Improvements to the ProClimbs M800's. This is a ski swing upgrade on the vertical adjustable post models. It increases the swing on the skis by 18 degrees when measuring from full stop to full stop. It doesn't dramatically increase steering effort although by speeding up the skis, the steering effort has increased some. Without the upgrade it is difficult to keep the sled balanced to traverse a side hill let alone turn around in the parking lot.  You are continually fighting to keep the sled going in the direction you want. The sled seems to want to high side you at any moment. When looping out from a climb you sometimes find yourself not able to steer sharp enough to keep the sled in the turn and ultimately roll the sled.

After installing this piece in the bottom of the long steering post, you can easily traverse a side hill due the fact that now you can counter steer enough to balance the sled. Instantly, your ability to balance the sled comes back. Control and precision in your maneuvers are back.
